Crunchy & merry: Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content and an exceptional filling that tastes fantastic. For the whisky filling, smoked bacon rinds from our own organic pigs are bathed in whisky. Once the whisky has taken on the subtle smokey flavors, the bacon rinds are taken out, and the bacon-flavored whisky then flows into a ganache of dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa and a bit of caramel. We then create the second crunchy filling from caramelized pork cracklings dipped in hazelnut praline and milk chocolate. Rounded off with a little cinnamon. Please note: These hand-scooped, filled chocolate bars contain fresh fillings. They don't need to be refrigerated, but the shelf life is limited.
